The cowboy wok or skottle can be used for many different cooking tasks. Remove the 17" cast iron skottle attachment with 3 thumb screws, no tools required. Some stir-fry on the skottle is an easy task for the cast iron cooking surface of the ORIS. A big pot of chili for all your friends is no problem for the ORIS. The stand will support up to 150 pounds for all your cooking needs.

The only thing that needs to be removed are the legs. You can even fit the 15" ORIS lid in this as well. No need to take the skottle off the head. The ORIS carry bag will fit the complete skottle head with the burner attached and the cast iron skottle still attached.
